During wk 28 i gained 8kg but my bb only 900+g. below average. No GD, I ate durian,avocado,milk,egg,cheese, chicken essence. Aft 4weeks, I only gain 1kg but bb gain 600g! and now at wk37, bb weigh 2.7kg in normal range. With GD, u can add salmon/beef. Cut away durian.

Try eggs, avocado and more protein. Do some Low impact exercises. Can check out YouTube foe home videos that’s suitable for pregnant moms.

My sis gynae recommend eating mcds.. he is half Caucasian so quite ok with any food. But not too sure if GD ok to eat mcds.

Hi, I have GD too. U can try eating avocado. They are healthy fats and help baby put on weight. But do eat in moderation.

My gynae told me my baby weight at wk 28 1.1kg is on higher side.... i wonder what is the norm....

Eat durian. It will help.
