Bubbles like sensation at pelvis region

I am 23 weeks pregnant (FTM). Lately, i have been having bubbles like sensation at my pelvis (the V shape) area. No pain but constant bubbles blowing & bombing sensation as if a blob of period blood is abt to drop. Is this normal?
