Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I'm about 23weeks.for a few.weeks now,I do feel tightness at times,and when I feel the tightness,I believe it is coz my baby is awake,and moving and just stretching.. and when baby is sleeping,the tightness feeling is gone...relaxed.
