Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

23 weeks naku di pa din namin alam gender. kasi nung 5 months si baby di nagpa kita sa ultrasound..
