Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

Runny nose ba? Warm water errday. Try calamai juice pero hueag sobrang asim. Lagyan mo sugar warm water.
