Tummy Tightness
I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I also feel the same thing, lalo na after meals and pag hapon na. Pero yun lang naman wala naman ibang masakit na nararamdaman kaya feeling ko normal lang.
