Lower Back Pain

I am at my 22 weeks now & experiencing extreme lower back pains. I just had my checkup & scan & all's good. I just can't help & worry sometimes when my back aches. Is it normal? I am having twin pregnancy. What do you usually do Mummies?

Try to sleep on ur side instead of lying down straight. Have a pillow or bolster in between ur leg when you sleep. Idk if its help for you but it actually help me during my pregnancy. Maybe u can try! 😊
