Low Laying Placenta

I am 21 weeks and just got to know I have a low laying placenta. Do I need to go for pre natal massage or just wait till next check up?

I'll say its better to rest more for now! Just avoid all activities. I had low lying placenta and after 2 weeks of complete bed rest (literally no activity), it moved up. :)
