You know that sugary or carby stuffs causes insulin to rise up... And carbs never fill u up.. you need to eat nutrient dense foods that are low in sugar but filling.. Try some fiber rich food,proteins and fats... and I would say sugary foods might lead to diabetes in pregnancy...so limiting consumption would be better.
U are probably have diabetes. Even if have not had it before but might occur in pregnancy it is known as gestational diabetes. Please check with ur doctor.
