second time mom. almost 19 weeks

i am 19 weeks this week and i have been experience tiny cramps below my stomach and it is random. sometimes it could be sharp pain. also, i may or may not have felt the baby kick. are these normal? it is my second baby but it honestly feel like i am a first time mom all over again.
