Small Bladder
I am 19 weeks now and bladder gets full easily. Do you put sanitary pads to avoid awkward moments in case you sneeze or cough and pee comes out?

Yes i use sanitary pads but remember to change them twice/thrice a day. If you keep peeing as well, do watch out for other symptoms like burning, irritation etc for UTI/vaginal infections. It might not always just be the case of pelvic floor weakness :)
