I wouldn't do planking. Planking requires your core muscles to do the job.you can start when it has fully healed.allow your body to recover fully.
If it's hurts whilst cleaning and moving about. Planking is a big NO NO. Please wait till the gynae gives you green light
If it still hurts at cleaning, i wouldn't advise you to do planking. Have your gynae given you the green light to do exercise?
