Cold during pregnancy-sneezing

I am 13 weeks pregnent and having cold for the 2nd time in my pregnancy. I am Continously sneezing. Does it affect my baby. Please someone help me

hi everyone iam so worried that in my first trimester they said my baby has trisomy 21 and I didn't do further test because of the risk. many women says this things has false results. please suggest me
