Itchy on leg and breast

I am on 12 weeks now. Recently feel breast and legs very itchy, cant force1 myself not to scratch it. Any problem with it ?Please help me how to get rid on the itchyness. 😭

It's raging hormones! I changed the shower gel I was using to QV. Alternatively use scentless bar soap. Also applied body lotion/ moisturizer. I also applied anti stretch mark cream on my belly the when it became itchy... Otherwise I just couldn't help but scratch until it got red.....
