107/76 BP, internal bleeding

I am 10 weeks pregnant and just last Monday I found out that there was internal bleeding in my uterus. So I was advised to monitor and observe for any bleeding.out. The sonologist said that internal bleeding is common for some and should not be alarmed. But I still somehow worry. So, this week I am working from home and slow down my pace to prevent myself from bleeding. However I had BP tonight which is relatively low. Is this something concerning?
