I am 1 month delayed after I used pills, but I tried to use 4 pregnancy tedt but it all negative, do you think I am just delayed because of the pills?

It can be because of the pills or it can be just too early to detect if you're pregnant. I suggest that you wait a couple more weeks before taking another pregnancy test or better yet consult an ob-gyn to make sure.
