No/small nasal bone at 12 week scan

Hypoplastic nasal bone at Oscar scan, no other abnormalities detected. Risk ratio increased to 1:172. Just went for NIPT test. Has anyone encountered this before?#advicepls

My friend encountered the same issue and she went for a second opinion at another hospital. Turns out the first result was a false positive and baby is fine.
