Keputihan / spotting

Ahhh I totally understand la the worry you're feeling! Keputihan during pregnancy memang normal, tapi when there's spotting dan bleeding cam you mentioned, even if sikit, it's good you're already monitoring dengan doctor, that's the right call. A few of my mum friends jugak went through similar situations, ada yang keputihan je, ada yang ada spotting, tapi semua okay in the end dengan proper monitoring. Since you're already experiencing spotting + light bleeding + cramping sekaligus, I'd say jangan delay, go see your doctor again sooner rather than later to be safe, just so dia can rule out anything and give you proper peace of mind, okay?
