Infant care for 3 month old too soon?

My husband rejected the appointed babysitter after visiting her, ask me to find another one. But with 1 month left before I go back to work - getting another babysitter (that my husband approves) seems impossible. So I am considering infant care - but my LO will only be 3 months old. I am afraid its too soon, and she will fall sick easily. Any advice?
