Shaping baby's head

How do you maintain baby's head in round shape while she sleeps on her back? My baby is 14 weeks old and she used to sleep her on her side during her 1st month but lately we noticed the back of her head has flattened a bit as she is now sleeping on her back. Is anyone able to advise how this problem can be resolved? Thanks!
