how do stay at home moms manage their day with a toddler with no one else to help them? its just literally a stay at home mom and her toddler. just how??

I planned activities weekly. Just simple like playing with bubble, dancing, colouring together.
Then I let her play alone for about 10-20mins so I can cook & eat peacefully
