How will you know if you have postnatal depression?

im currently suffering postpartum depressiom and on med fluvoxamine and sleeping pill clozanepam to help me sleep at night.however i afraid that i will only depend on sleeping pill.i try to sleep without that pill but i cant.or the med still not function yet so i still cant still sleep like normal people.my baby just 2mth.any suggestion or advise?
