Drinking water

How to train my LO to drink plain water? She doesn’t want to drink from her bottles or sippy cup. I can only feed her using syringe. She is 1 year old now.

I started as few sips of spoon first then slowly introduced by sippy cup w straw ( I demo for my lo - keep repeating ) then water bottle & normal cup. U can try cup and spoon? Or sippy cup w straw . Guide her by using expression. :)
