I would propose going for a first aid/CPR course instead to learn the proper techniques for performing CPR on a baby. Here are a few places which offer such courses: Mother & Child http://www.motherandchild.com.sg/first-aid.php They offer a range of courses suitable for both parents and/or helpers. Singapore First Aid Training Centre (SFATC) http://firstaidtraining.com.sg/web/child-first-aid-training-for-infant-child-care-personnel/ SFATC offers Child First Aid Course For Infant/Child Care Providers, which is a 20-hour First Aid and CPR program that covers all emergencies in children that can happen at home or at play. Though aimed at childcare providers, families, caregivers and helpers could also sign up for the course. Responsible Rescue http://www.responsible-rescue.com/#!courses/c21kz Responsible Rescue offers Mum to the Rescue!, a course that teaches about infant/child CPR, drowning and choking (practicing on real manikins), as well as first aid for injuries (cuts, scrapes, punctures, burns, bones and muscle injuries, head injuries, seizures, bites/stings, allergic reactions, poisoning) and common childhood illnesses (coughs and colds, croup, fever, dehydration, heat-related illness, dengue, HFMD). Here's a video link which I think is quite good in explaining and teaching how to perform CPR on a child: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKEi2e2tafw

This How to give Baby CPR video by St John Ambulance UK is really good. It provides clear and step-by-step commentary while demonstrating on a doll fashioned to look like a baby. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jppbw8Ab6sU There are other videos by St John Ambulance UK that could be useful for parents e.g. "How to treat a choking baby", "treating cuts" etc.
