I use baby cotton bud to take out those can be seen ..if not I will just leave it cos rightfully dun need to clean one

I use nose cleaner, if not I wait for my LO to sneeze a big sneeze, the pi sai will fly out.

Use eye drops (normal saline) to soften it and it'll flush out later.
