Hi. If you are experiencing cramps, drinking warm water helps. Also, fruits like banana that are rich in potassium help in the long run. Hope it helps.
Start taking iron talets, most the times cramps are related to iron deficiency also. and sometimes calcium
Take pregnancy supplements and incline your legs at night. Prenatal massage also helps!
