Our ears ans nose have hairs inside them to sweep out the dirt naturally. Unless my child's nose is block due to being sick or filled with dried mucus, I wouldn't bother. Same goes to the ears. Clean the outer ear with wet cloth or just gently clean the outer area paying attention to the folds during shower. Do not introduce any water or cotton buds or attempt to dig the ear. High risk for ear infection or ear wax impacting inside the ear canal or trauma inside the ear canal.

For nose i use cotton bud.. For ears i dont clean it at the moment as they are too young .Will clean only when they are older .

i never clean the ears, PD said ears are self cleaning
