How do I introduce eggs to my baby? She is 8 months old.

How should the egg be cooked and eaten? Pls advise, thanks so much ! #adviceplease #FTM

Got a bun in the oven

You can start with steam egg, 1:1water and egg. My girl loves it as it is very soft. When have teeth can do scramble, butter milk and egg. Hard boiled egg need to smash a bit if not have choking hazards.

I gave steam, scrambled and hard boiled eggs at 6mo. You can try to feed abit first then look out for any allergies before offering more. 😊
