Straining Hard Poop.

How to recover from weakness after straining hard poop? Im 18 weeks and constipated, when i poop its very hard so i have to push. Then i get weak afterwards. How to recover from weakness?

dont push too hard mamsh.. its unsafe for your baby...my ob shared the experience of her other patient of 32weeks.. have a miscarriage.due to excessesive pushing during b.movement.. how much more with earlier stage of pregnancy. ask your ob maybe she will peescribe u with mat milk.. for now Drink more water to releave constipation.. eat veggies..

thanks. my ob pregcribe laxative but safe for pregnancy.

Drink more water sis. Then pag Gabi ang kinakain ko lng oatmeal.. Effective skin makapag poop the next morning.

Talk to your ob. He/she can prescribe you something for that. It’s bad for the pregnancy to push so hard

Hello there are times po na kapag nagpoop ako may nasamang water galing sa mismong vagina ko is it amiotic fluid po kaya? Kasi after ko magpoop masakit sa part na yun eh.

drink 3litera of water everyday. eat veggies and fruits

im 50 but my ovary lining is thick
