How to calculate formula milk intake

How do we record the milk intake if formula milk is used? Example for 120ml water I add in 4 scoops which usually adds to 140ml. Do I record as 120ml intake or 140ml intake?

For me as 120ml. I dont input with milk powder. Hence ill put hot water, warm water then milk powder.

I use 140.. imagine baby drink 130 means baby needs additional 10ml mah😆
