i solved it by eating more fruits and veges. the fibre in them helps digestion and reduce chances of constipation. also remember to drink lots of plain water. if it still cannot work you can try something like prunes or prune juice (in moderation). hope this helps

I suffered constipation after i drink milo. Then i stop drinking milo. I ate dragonfruit . Then my constipation getting better

For mine, I eat alots of guava. And drink 5L per day. It helps me alot!
