How old is your LO when u start to pan fry fish or eggs or other food stuff for their meal ? Which type of oil do u use?

My Lo was 8 months when I pan fried and baked stuff for him. Olive oil for baking and normal canola oil for panfrying

Same here for me i use either coconut oil or olive oil at its minimum. However i started after a year old.

10months old. Sometimes i panfry with butter. else i just use normal cooking oil
