Pump parts can wash once a day. Put them in a ziplock bag and refrigerate after each use. Milk bottles can wash during end of day if you get sufficient bottles (about 8-9 bottles for a day's usage). No need to wash after each use as it will give you added stress from all the washing and sterilizing.
Every after single use for bottles, pump parts I sterilised them every single use too until when LO is about 1 year old, I sterilised them twice a day (just put in fridge after using if I’m not washing them straight)
After each use. Haenim UV steriliser is an excellent helper. Jus wash , dump it in & ready for next use, all dry n sterilised.
After every use for milk bottle. Breast pump i sterilise once a day Once done using ill keep in freezer using zip lock bag
But u will pump quite a few times in a day right? Then after use, what do you do? I find it very wasted to on the steriliser after each feed/pump.
Soaking bottles in a big pot of clean, boiling water for about five minutes works just as well.
Unless it is left untouched in the steriliser (after sterilising), please sterilise before use
Wash with baby accessories cleanser and then use steam sterilizer after every use.
Once in the morning and once at night. Wash with soap and hot water in between.
Milk bottles after every use. But pumps once a day.
Sterilised, after every use. Wash then sterilise.
