Every 3 hours, 30 to 40 mins and I store it in a zip lock bag

2x at work in the beginning and now 1x. Store in the fridge.

11am , 4pm will use hot water to steriliser the pump

Pump once at work and you can buy a packit to store.

4 hours apart. keep parts in fridge for next pump.

10am, 1pm, 4pm Uses hot water to sterilize pump

9am, 11-12pm, 2pm-3pm, and 4pm-5pm 4 times only

Once a day lang po during evenings since I wfh

pumped every 3-4 hours & store in refrigerator

1 time and i store it at the chiller ..
