How often do you pump at work and how do you store milk and pump parts (can't sterilise at work..)Thanks!

Store in ziplock bag n put in the fridge

Bought 59sec portable steriliser.

4 times.. 10am, 1pm , 3pm & 5pm..

4 time. 9am, 11 am,1 pm, 3pm

3 times within the 8 hours.

Not enough milk for my baby T.T

I pump every 3 hrs.
