I got a shapewear from EnvyHer, wore it for about 8hrs daily … felt like it helped to tuck my tummy a little but have to be super diligent in wearing.

should wear as soon as you can...1 yr after c-section may be too long already. and need to be persistant.

wore it immediately after delivery until 4-5 months. then reduced frequency of wearing it and belly started getting big.
