How much weight should we gain during pregnancy? Hi Mommies! Ask lang kung ano yung recommended weight gain natin? I'm 61kg before pregnancy then 70kg na at 6 months. Kayo po ba? #1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancyweight

Ask your OB po. Ako po kasi as much as possible 1kg every month ang dagdag ko. Tska ang limit po sa akin ay 60kg. Before pregnancy, 50 kg po ako.
