Water Intake

How much water do u drink or must u drink each day? I can only intake maximum 1.25L each day. As I dun like plain water, has hard time drinking tat 1.25L.

As long as we keep ourselves hydrated with other form of liquids it should be fine. I dont keep track of my water intake.
