If the fetus is less than 14 weeks, D&C surgery can be done. I am not sure about private hospital but government is about $1200 for the procedures, excluded consultation. $600 is claimable using CPF. If the fetus is more than 14 weeks, a formal delivery need to be done by an induction labor, which will cost even more. If fetus is between 4 to 6 weeks, abortion pill can be used and this is the cheapest option. However, in Singapore abortion is not allowed if pregnancy is more than 24 weeks unless there is a medical condition.
