How many time in a day I should give cerelac to my 6.5 month old baby?

At this age, your baby is still being introduced to solids, so your baby's diet will still mostly comprise of breast/formula milk. Personally, I would introduce real food first before cerelac. Cerelac is easy to make, especially if you're a busy mum on the go, but if you can, introduce steamed veggies to your bub. In fact, nutritionists say to give babies a good mix of veggies, fruits and grains/cereals/pulses like oats, moong dal and rava/sooji. Baby will eat around 2-3 teaspoons per feeding - but like I said, the diet at this age will still mostly be milk. Has anyone told you about the 7-day rule? Introduce one type of food to your baby for 3-7 days - this way you can find out whether your baby is allergic to that specific food. Also, have you heard about baby led weaning? It's a way of introducing food to baby by letting them feed themselves. But baby has to have a good pincer grip since utensils are a no-no. Baby should be able to hold the food, feel the texture, play with it even, and bring it to their mouth. This way they develop a positive relationship with food and become adventurous eaters as they get older.
