How many spoons of Gerber cereal per each feed?

How many spoons of Gerber cereal (rice,oats)can give to 7 months old baby(each feed)pls suggest.

You can just try 1 spoon first to see the thickness/consistency of the cereal.

try 1-2spoon and increase accordingly
