Meals per day

At 9 months old , I feed my baby twice . But I include 1 snack in between . I started 3 meals when my LO is 10 months old , and a snack in between . Snacks is always fruits and half a slice of hard boiled egg . (Mine love egg so much) I prepare porridge for my LO . I would rotate fish or meat in it and small pieces of carrots/brocolli/spinach . Served it for lunch and dinner . Sometimes I will prepare a different meal for dinner . Its either macaroni soup or pasta Now that he is 23 months , he eats rice with us . But i minus salt and sugar in his dish . (cook seperately but same dish)
