Change clothes and swaddle twice a day

How many clothes and swaddles do change everyday? Is it normal to change clothes and swaddles atleast 2 times a day? Cause my baby always spit out milk everynow and then, then itll be soiled and smell, then we would change again. Is it normal.

Normal (some may also be due to poonami/leaks). Can consider laying a bib/handkerchief so you don’t have to keep changing the clothings. However if the spit ups are too frequent, you might wanna consider reducing the feeding amount slightly. 😊
