Hi, how long do you wait to offer a solid meal after milk? 45min, 1h, 1.4h or longer? My 9mo doesn't eat much (about 3tbsp of solids then he turns away). Tried extending the time interval between milk and solids also same. Curious about how others spread out their solid meals. Tia!
