Usually between 30 to 44 days. But if you're breast feeding and your baby don't seem fussy when you try to eat normal food, should be fine, I guess. But try not to eat too spicy food. May cause gas in babies

1 month, but I did 40 days of confinement food plus no cold food/drinks per my mum's advise.

Mine is one month... depends on how many days your confinement is.

I extended my confinement so took for 45 days. It was great!
