My gynae gave green light at 2 weeks cz my scar healed well. but my masseuse told me she wld only start aft 21st day just to be on the safe side. By then I cld alr lie on my tummy. I still put a pad on the area to prevent any rubbing against the skin. My masseuse was professional to avoid the area too.
Usually the masseur or company will advise. From the websites that I saw, they mentioned to only massage after 21 days for c-sec.
I did mine after 2weeks. Best to ask Gynae during follow up check up
Best after 3 weeks. Painful to get up after massage
