How long does it take to recover and when should I head to the doctor?

Hey. My LO had covid few days before she turned 1 yo. Her fever broke in 2 days but we rushed her to kkh A&E as she had persistent fever of 39 and above. Got ibuprofen and monitored her temperature. Good to see a doct if LO has symptoms. But from what I know at least for my neighbourhood PD, they don’t see kids with covid.
