How long can dilation be?

I think it is very much depending on individual. I dilated 2cm a week before my actual labor kicked start for no.1 and no.2. During the actual labor, I dilated to 10cm within 2.5hours for no.1 and 20mins for no.2.

Hi Diana. Did you do anything to speed up your dilation, like walking, perhaps?
