Eh, three weeks is actually still quite early in the c-sect recovery journey, so some soreness and tenderness around the wound area is pretty normal from what I've heard. The lower tummy can feel extra sensitive because there are layers, skin, fat, muscle, and deeper tissue, all healing at different rates, and sometimes one spot just takes longer than the others. I will be honest though, with mine the soreness came in waves and I thought I was doing well, then suddenly a certain movement would catch me off guard, so don't be surprised if it feels a bit unpredictable. A mum friend mentioned her gynae explained that the uterus is still contracting back to size around this time too, which can add to that crampy, sore feeling in the lower abdomen. Since yours is specifically localised to the lower right and very sore to touch, it's really worth going back to your gynae rather than waiting it out, just to rule out anything like fluid collection or deeper tissue issues that can sometimes happen post c-sect.
