Bad Mum, Kudos to that.

Kegel exercise is good for pre labour and after labour. to me it's like controlling your pee. you can do it anywhere and anytime of the day.

Kegel Excersize. It's like you are trying to hold pee. Do it for 30 times. each time holding for 30 sec
